We’ll discuss what it looks and feels like to start honing in on the important tasks and trusting your decision-making capabilities more. I break down your 3 “buckets” and what they should be holding during this phase, including:
Figuring out what products YOU like best, which PAY you the best, and making sure you aren’t spending so much time running your business that you don’t give yourself time to play as well!
Making sure you are putting systems in place to streamline operations, track your overall profit, and automate as much as you can so you can spend your time doing the things that matter the MOST.
Learning how to build a customer base and social media following, and the importance of establishing an email list
